Greetings! My name is Jeffrey C. Ankrom; I am an attorney licensed to practice in Connecticut and Rhode Island. I would be pleased to assist you in resolving your business's legal disputes, sometimes without resorting to an action in court. I will also discuss how to prepare your business to win, or better yet, avoid future legal battles.
I joined Messier & Massad, LLC, in September, 2007, and assumed responsibility for much of their Connecticut litigation practice. Their pending cases included construction disputes, trespass, nuisance, collections, evictions, foreclosure defense, premises liability and, of course, motor vehicle accidents. I have conducted two jury trials and am ready for the next. Prior to joining Messier & Massad, LLC, I served as a law clerk to the judges of the Superior Court of Connecticut. While there I learned Connecticut law and procedure, particularly in areas of civil litigation.
